The Collider Detector at Fermilab (CDF)
experiment is currently collecting and analyzing data on the very highest
energy matter-antimatter collisions ever observed. The Toronto-CDF
group
is involved in several measurements related to electroweak and top quark
physics. The group has an opening for a summer student position to participate
in these studies. In particular, the student will be involved in improving
jet reconstruction software and will help us study jet energy scale systematics
in the context of the top quark mass measurement.
