What Have We Learned From High Energy Collisions? Collisions of protons with antiprotons at the very highest energies provide new insights into the fundamental behaviour of our world. Three of the four basic forces, the strong, weak and electromagnetic, can be studied in such interactions. These high energy collisions can also produce new phenomena, such as the predicted top quark or perhaps the supersymmetric partners to the ordinary matter that some theories predict. The recent results from the Collider Detector at Fermilab, where such proton-antiproton collisions have been studied, will be presented. Prospects for future studies at both the Fermilab proton-antiproton collider and the Superconducting Super Collider currently under construction will be outlined.
