		OBSERVATION of TOP QUARK PRODUCTION AT CDF

			      Abstract

The latest results of the top quark search by the CDF experiment
at the Fermilab Tevatron Collider will be presented.  The new data shows
clear signals for top quark production, confirming the existence of this
new, massive fermion.  A new estimate of the top quark mass and production
cross section will be presented.
